Our Maintenance Division works closely with property management companies, on-site managers, and property owners on the maintenance of large multi-family housing projects in the Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Creswell, and Cottage Grove areas. We also serve many smaller commercial complexes and residential clients. We will schedule maintenance for your property which meets both your landscape and budget needs. Service is usually provided weekly, but can be provided on a bi-weekly or monthly basis as required. Also, we are willing to schedule an additional visit prior to any special events you may have planned. Our services include:
